If you'd want to cancel or edit your order, please contact us at hello@goobypet.com, and we'll do our best to do so. However, we will not be able to cancel or edit the order once it has been sent out for shipment.
Orders are typically picked up once a day at our warehouse and shipped around 12 p.m. PST. If it has already been shipped, you may return it to us through our standard return method once you have received it, or just mark it "Return to Sender" and drop it back in the outgoing mail. You can also utilize our Returns page to begin the process of returning an undesired item.
