If your product has a manufacturing defect, do not return to retailer or store of purchase. Please visit our Warranty Policy and contact hello@goobypet.com.
In order to begin a warranty claim, please provide:
- Pictures of the item with the defect in question.
- Proof-of-purchase, either a receipt or an invoice.
- Name and Shipping Address for replacement.
- Exact model, size and color for replacement.
Please note that the warranty will not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or improper use of the product
- Chewing or cleaning
- Alterations or modifications to the product
Additional Notes
For international claims or claims without proof-of-purchase, we provide replacement at the cost of shipping. Due to increase fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to refuse a warranty claim.
