For items that were purchased on our retail website or from 3rd party retailers that was received as a gift, you may return it to us and receive a Gooby Pet e-Gift Card for the listed value of the items. Please mail the item(s) back to us at the following address:

Please include a note contact information for follow-up. Once we receive and verify the products, we will issue a Gooby e-Gift Card linked to your email address that can be used toward the purchase any product on our retail website. In order for the product to be accepted as part of a gift return, the item must be in sellable condition (unaltered, unwashed and free of pet hair and dirt). Alternatively, you may want to consider donating your unwanted items to a local shelter for re-use.
