I paid for faster shipping but it is taking too long.

If you paid for any class of shipping above USPS First Class Retail, like USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air, and it seems that the packages are taking longer to deliver than they should, please understand that once your order is picked up by the shipping carrier at our warehouse, we have no control over the time it takes to deliver the order to you. The shipping class chosen and subsequent speed of delivery is completely contingent on the shipping carrier. Please know that though most packages will be picked up by the chosen carrier within 24 hours of ordering, orders can take 2-3 days before shipping during periods of heavy volume. We are all working as hard and as quickly as possible to get your Gooby product, we appreciate your patience in advance.

Please Note: Unless it is an error on Gooby's part (i.e. processing error), we cannot refund the shipping costs.
