We apologize for the packaging delays. Unfortunately, once the package has been picked-up by the shipping carrier from our warehouse, it is no longer under our control. Please understand that Gooby doesn't not have any more information than the customer regarding package status and delivery.
Please note USPS (and other shipping providers) are experiencing heavy volumes and service issues due to the current on-going COVID-19 Pandemic, and therefore are subject to delays and extended shipping times. Additionally, there may be specific service alerts to your area that may additionally delay delivery. Please see USPS Service Alerts for service issues and interruptions in your area. To give you a visual perspective, please see this post on "Supposedly why everything is just sitting in transit".
Additional Notes Regarding Shipping:
- There's nobody we can call at the post office to check on a package.
- If your tracking number shows your order was delivered but you don't see it, give it a few days to show up. Packages can accidentally get scanned as delivered or go to the wrong address. They almost always show up.
- Just because your package is late or the tracking information hasn't changed in a few days, doesn't mean your package is lost.
- Tracking information is typically updated once per day, usually after midnight, so don't drive yourself bonkers checking it every hour.
- USPS: Where is my package?
International Orders
International orders using USPS International First Class or Priority Mail are transferred to the national postal service once it arrives in the customer's destination country. To track your package with your national postal service, please use the same tracking information given for USPS. Please also note that orders shipped with USPS International First Class can take 7-21 business days for delivery, while International Priority can take 6-10 business days for delivery.
