Gooby stands by the quality and design in its products, so we take reports of dogs escaping from our harnesses very seriously. As dog owners ourselves and as users of our own products, the last thing would want is for a dog to escape and possibly be injured due to a product failure.
If your dog has escaped for your Gooby harness, please contact Gooby Customer Support with as much information as possible so that we can investigate further and also help you troubleshoot the issue with our product.
Please include the following information:
- Your dog's measurements (chest size, neck size, length (neck to base of the tale), and weight)
- Breed
- The circumstances on how your dog escape. (Any details or relevant information from which they escaped)
There could be many reasons why your dog may have escaped one of our Gooby harnesses, including incorrect sizing and fit and/or a compromised harness due to damage or defect, so the more information that can be provided the better our Customer Service Specialist can assist you..
